Are your courses NASP-approved for CPD credit?

Yes. Get Psyched is an approved NASP provider, and all workshops listed as NASP-approved meet the requirements for earning CPD hours toward your Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) renewal.

Does the California BBS accept your CEUs for LEPs, LCSWs, LMFTs, and LPCCs?

Yes. We are an approved California BBS Continuing Education Provider. Our BBS-approved workshops qualify for CEU credit for Licensed Educational Psychologists (LEPs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs), and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCCs).

How can Get Psyched help me renew my NCSP online?

Our NASP-approved online workshops allow you to earn CPD hours from anywhere, on your schedule. Simply choose from our on-demand or live options, complete the workshop, pass the short post-workshop quiz, and download your certificate. You can then submit your CPD hours to NASP as part of your NCSP renewal process.

How many CPD hours do I need to renew my NCSP?

NASP currently requires 75 CPD hours every three years, with at least 10 hours coming from a NASP- or APA-approved continuing education sponsor.

How many CEUs are required for California LEP renewal?

The California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requires LEPs to complete 36 hours of continuing education every two years. Of these, at least 6 hours must be in law and ethics. (Important: new LEPs may be required to complete 37 hours because of specific one-time course requirements. Always confirm current requirements directly with the BBS before renewing.

Are your courses self-paced and online?

Yes. Our on-demand workshops are fully self-paced. You can start, pause, and resume anytime within your access period. Live workshops are held via Zoom and include a recording, you can watch and receive your credits later if you aren’t able to join live.

Can I use the same course to satisfy both NASP and BBS requirements?

Yes! All of our workshops are approved by both NASP and the BBS.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

Yes. After completing the workshop and passing the short post-workshop quiz with a score of 80% or higher, you’ll be able to download your certificate of completion instantly. You’ll have unlimited chances to pass the quiz.

Can I get reimbursed through my school or agency?

Many participants are able to receive reimbursement for professional development from their school district, agency, or employer. We recommend checking with your supervisor or HR department to get the details.
